This jacket will keep you dry in just about any condition possible. The proof is in the numbers, with a top water column of 20`000 and a moisture transport of 20,000 g/m²/24h. But what does that mean? It's guaranteed to be waterproof during extended pressure and shallow submersion. About as waterproof as it gets without giving up breathability. The last step before a truly water tight container. All seams have been taped and are just as waterproof as all the zips used. The full-length and windproof YKK AquaGuard zip used to open and close the jacket can also be easily operated with gloves of all kinds. Under the arms, the air supply can be regulated to the maximum via zips. In addition, all zips are secured against unintentional opening by YKK AutoLock.
Another highlight is the hood, which was explicitly designed to be worn under the helmet. This ensures that when you look to the side, you see the path and not the inside of the hood. An extended rear keeps water and dirt out and can be fastened with buttons on the inside of the jacket if necessary, making the jacket suitable for city use. The cuffs of the arms can be seamlessly adjusted with Velcro. In addition, there is another pocket on the left forearm for valuables, lift passes and the like. Perfectly placed and spacious pockets on the front round off the jacket.
